The teams from all three schools participate in the gifted and talented programs at their respective schools. Each team had to read 15 titles, chosen by a committee of librarians, members of the New Jersey Association of School Librarians (NJASL).
The teams were coached by Robin Canetti, the Joyce Kilmer Media Specialist, and teachers Meryl Wolf from River Vale, and Keri Scheinbach of Dumont.
