Mahwah Schools to Have Delayed Opening Friday
The delay comes after steady, accumulating snow fell in the Township Thursday.
Mahwah Public Schools will follow a two-hour delayed opening schedule on Friday, March 6 after the township received several inches of snow Wednesday night into Thursday.
The National Weather Service had issued a Winter Weather Watch that was lessened to a Winter Weather Advisory until 7 p.m. Thursday for “steady, accumulating snow” and predicted Mahwah would receive anywhere from 2 to 4 inches of snow.
