Mahway Day Brings Fireworks, Dog Show, Parade To Bergen County This Weekend

MAHWAH, NJ — Mahwah will be bustling with two free community events this weekend.
Mahwah Day will be held this Saturday, with a dog show, food, rides, carnival games, crafters, and entertainment.
It kicks off with a parade at 11:30 a.m. at Fire Company 1 on Miller Road and Franklin Turnpike. The parade will head down East Ramapo Avenue to Commodore Perry Field.

Organizers said, "Enjoy a fun-filled day full of great food, rides, carnival games, crafters and entertainment throughout the day! Enter your dog in our ever-popular Dog Show! DJ and great live bands on the main stage featuring the B-Street Band!!
Fireworks are planned for after dark.

Parking and shuttle buses will run from Lincoln Tech on McKee Drive off Island Road to Mahwah Day throughout the day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Organizers said, "Come out and support our great community organizations, local businesses and enjoy and incredible day!"
