McDonald's Bather Stunned In Struggle With Garfield Cops: PD
A man who refused to leave the Passaic Street McDonald's bathroom was stunned and arrested by Garfield police this week, officials said.

GARFIELD, NJ — A man tried to bathe in a McDonald's bathroom, refused to leave and struggled with police who stunned and arrested him, Garfield police Capt. Mario Pozo said.
Cops arrived at the Passaic Street McDonald's about 9:50 p.m. Monday to find Robert Glodek, 33, 0f Union, installed in the fast food joint's bathroom, Pozo said.
When police tried to find out his name, Glodek made a dash for it and jumped onto a bicycle, the police captain said.

Cops tried to stun Glodek, but his clothes were too thick for the probes, which he ripped off before running away, police said.
The officers finally caught up with Glodek on Shopping Center Drive, where they stunned him again then placed him under arrest, said police.

Police later learned that Glodek had a $1,000 active warrant for his arrest out of Linden, police said.
Glodek was lodged at the Bergen County Jail, and charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, and obstruction, police said.
Patch called the McDonald's to request comment but was unable to get through.
