Man Peeps Into House With Phone Camera, Charged With Trespassing In Bergen County: Police

A man suspected of taking photos through the window of a Fair Lawn home was arrested and charged with trespassing, police said.

FAIR LAWN, NJ — A 25-year-old man was recently accused of taking photos through the window of Fair Lawn home using a phone tripod, borough police Sgt. Brian Metzler said Wednesday.

Daniel Delvalle, 25, of Fair Lawn, was found Monday evening at the Jordan Road home and arrested after he tried to delete the photos he had taken from the backyard, Metzler said.

Delvalle was charged with trespassing and then released, police said.
