Man Pinned Against Utility Pole In Glen Rock: Police
A 24-year-old subcontractor was pinned between a utility pole and a bucket truck by a coworker, police said.
GLEN ROCK, NJ — A 24-year-old subcontractor for a cable TV company was pinned against a utility pole by a bucket truck yesterday on Maple Avenue in Glen Rock, Glen Rock Police Chief Dean Ackermann said.
The North Bergen man, who worked for Altice USA, was taken in stable condition to an area hospital with trauma to both legs, police said.
One of the man's coworkers, a 25-year-old Teaneck man, was operating the bucket truck, and, after realizing what happened, workers alerted a nearby officer who called an ambulance to the scene, police said.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has opened an investigation into the incident, police said.
