Fleming’s Montvale features three private dining rooms — the DePiero Room, the Montvale Room, and the Bergen Room.
They said the design features "Fleming’s Napa Valley roots, blending Montvale’s local charm with Fleming’s signature hospitality. Welcoming guests at the entrance is a captivating, commissioned art piece by Julian Osorio, inspired by the flowing curves of the nearby Hudson River, a nod to the region."
“We’re thrilled to open our second Fleming’s of 2025 in Montvale and join a close-knit community that’s full of suburban charm,” said Sheilina Henry, President of Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. “It’s a perfect time for us to introduce our modern steakhouse experience to Bergen County.”
The leadership team includes Thomas McCarthy as operating partner and Leah Hamilton-Purdy as chef partner.
Fleming’s at 220 Market St. will be open each day at 11 a.m. and serve dinner from 4-10 p.m., closing at 9 on Sunday. Reservations are available now at www.FlemingsSteakhouse.com.
Founded in 1998 by Paul Fleming and Bill Allen, the first Fleming's opened in Newport Beach, Calif.
