Ramsey Farmers' Market Reopens Sunday

The weekly market attracts visitors from across the region, organizers say.

One of Bergen County's most popular farmers' markets is planning its summer season return this weekend.

The Ramsey Farmers’ Market will open its fourth outdoor season at the Main St Ramsey train station from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sunday, June 2 and every Sunday through November 24, rain or shine.

Sponsored by the Ramsey Historical Association, the market was organized to promote local farming, educate the public on the importance of healthy eating by choosing fresh, locally grown and prepared foods, and to enhance the sense of community.
