Child Sexual Assault In Bergen Co., Man Charged: Prosecutor

FAIRVIEW, NJ — A man was accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a child in Fairview, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.

Eddy Chocoj, 34, was arrested in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a child between the ages of 4 and 11 years old, Musella said.

Chocoj was charged with four counts of second-degree sexual assault, and one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child. He was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending an initial court appearance.
