Route 17 Lane Closed Due To Downed Wires In Bergen County: NJ DOT

After downed wires closed several lanes of Route 17 in Bergen County Wednesday morning, one lane remains closed, the state said.

MAHWAH, NJ — After downed wires closed all three lanes of Route 17 South in Mahwah on Wednesday morning, two lanes reopened after 11 a.m., officials said.

One lane and the right shoulder of Route 17 southbound remained closed, officials said.

The state's Department of Transportation said that the downed wires were just south of Route 202.
