Sharp Sells Mahwah Headquarters for $38 Million
But despite the sale, Sharp won't be leaving the Township any time soon.

Sharp Electronics Corporation has sold its Mahwah headquarters building, but won’t be leaving the Township any time soon.
According to NorthJersey.com, Sharp plans to lease back the space for 12 years even though it sold it to Sitex Group for $38 million.
Sitex Group now owns ”the 147,000-square-foot Sharp headquarters building, a 350,000square-foot warehouse and 23 open acres,” according to NorthJersey.com.
