Show Off Your Child's Art For Mahwah Day: Deadline Approaching
The town of Mahwah is looking to display art in three age categories, and the deadline to register is approaching.
MAHWAH, NJ — Do you have a child between ages 5 and 18 who likes to create art?
On Mahwah Day, scheduled for Sept. 20, the Recreation Department will be running a town art show, displaying children's art.
But submissions are due very soon.

"Celebrate the Creativity of Mahwah's future artists at the Youth Art Show," the Recreation Department said in a message. "Artwork will be proudly displayed during Mahwah Day, offering residents a chance to experience the artistic spirit of our young artists."
Mahwah Day and the show will take place at Commodore Perry Field.

The deadline to register for the Art Show and then drop off the art is this Saturday. The dropoff location will be revealed after a person registers.
Young artists age 5-18 must live in Mahwah, and the size of the art must not exceed 16 x 20 inches.
