Winter Storm Sparta Caused 'Several Minor Motor Vehicle Accidents' in Mahwah
Unlike Sunday, the Chief says there "were no problems" during Monday morning's commute.
Mahwah Police say that Winter Storm Sparta caused “several minor motor vehicle accidents,” including some that slid off the roadway.
Winter Storm Sparta brought down approximately 5 inches of snow in Mahwah Sunday, which resulted in the Public Schools having a delayed opening Monday.
But unlike Sunday, Chief James Batelli says that there ”were no problems” during Monday morning’s commute.
