On Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at approximately 2:27 p.m., a 40-year-old Belford, New Jersey resident reported being threatened via telephone by a 52-year-old Wall Township resident. No complaints have been signed as a result of this incident. Patrolman Hayden Hrymack handled the report.
On Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at approximately 2:04 p.m., a 36-year-old Manalapan Township resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported transferring $25,000 worth of cryptocurrency from their coin-based wallet to a financial company. The funds subsequently went missing from the account. Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis handled the report, which is pending further investigation.

On Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at approximately 1:59 p.m., a 22-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported fraud and bad checks in the amount of $1,000. The victim also reported that they were asked to purchase two $500 gift cards to cover the cost of new equipment for their new employment they received online. Ptl. On Monday, January 3, 2022, at approximately 1:06 p.m., a 35-year-old Manalapan Township resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported that an unknown actor fraudulently stole over $14,000 of Non Fungible Tokens and Cryptocurrency by way of accessing the victim’s online wallet. On Monday, January 3, 2022, at approximately 12:50 p.m., a 56-year-old Manalapan Township resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported that an unknown actor fraudulently opened a credit card in their name. Patrolman Hayden Hrymack handled the report.
On Friday, December 31, 2021, at approximately 11:07 a.m., a 48-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that their vehicle was burglarized sometime between Tuesday, December 28 and Friday, December 31, while parked at a Heron Court residence. The victim reported that the driver side window was smashed out and the steering column and ignition assembly were damaged. Nothing was reportedly removed from the vehicle. Patrolman Anthony Cascella took the report, which is pending further investigation.
On Friday, December 31, 2021, at approximately 2:30 a.m., a 39-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that a mailbox, valued at approximately $150, was struck by an unknown vehicle on Symmes Drive sometime during the overnight hours. Patrolman Everett McNulty handled the report.
On Thursday, December 30, 2021, at approximately 11:53 p.m., a 77-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported a first floor window of a Turnberry Drive residence, valued at approximately $300, was shattered by an unknown object. Patrolman Everett McNulty handled the report.
On Thursday, December 30, 2021, at approximately 5:41 p.m., a 57-year-old Marlboro Township resident reported that an unknown actor, described as an elderly male, entered a Route 9 business while holding what appeared to be a firearm. The suspect then fled the area in an unknown direction of travel, with no proceeds reportedly taken. Patrolman Kyle Williams took the report, which is pending further investigation.
On Thursday, December 30, 2021, at approximately 1:55 p.m., a 24-year-old Manalapan resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported that an unknown actor(s) fraudulently opened a credit card from a retail store in their name and charged over $400 to the account. Patrolman Jean Letts handled the report, which is pending further investigation.
Fraudulent Government Documents On Thursday, December 30, 2021, at approximately 1:02 p.m., Patrolman Kyle Williams conducted a field contact of a motor vehicle located at the Andee Plaza shopping center, located at 130 Route 33. Rodley Lubin, a 22-year-old, unmarried. male, resident of Brooklyn, NY, who is employed as a warehouse worker, was found to be in possession of prescription medication without a valid prescription and fraudulent government documents. Mr. Lubin was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after being issued a summons. Patrolman Kyle Williams was the arresting officer.
On Thursday, December 30, 2021, at approximately 10:46 a.m., Patrolman Kyle Williams conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 33 for a motor vehicle violation. The driver of the vehicle, identified as John Tesoriero, a 39-year-old, unmarried, unemployed, male resident of Manalapan Township, was found to have a warrant issued for his arrest by the Belmar Municipal Court in the amount of $450. Mr. Tesoriero was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released on his own recognizance, pending a new court date. Patrolman Kyle Williams was the arresting officer.
On Thursday, December 30, 2021, at 12:17 a.m., Patrolman Douglas Zike and Patrolman Everett McNulty took custody of Terrance L. Boone, a 40-year-old, unmarried, male resident of Wrightstown, who is employed as a mechanic, regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,500. Mr. Boone was placed under arrest and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in lieu of bail. Patrolman Everett McNulty was the arresting officer.
On Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at approximately 5:00 p.m., a 63-year-old Manalapan Township resident responded to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters and reported that unknown actor(s) obtained the victim’s pedigree information on or about December 23, 2021 and attempted to open up three different car loans utilizing an on-line application process.
