Two Defensive Driving Classes in Manalapan and Englishtown

Two defensive driving classes will be held locally, so if you are looking to reduce driving points on your record and possibly reduce your car insurance premiums, these classes are your best bet!

Cub Scout Pack 154 is hosting a defensive driving class at First Presbyterian Church of Englishtown on Saturday, April 27 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The class will be instructed by certified teachers of the National Safety Council. The class costs $45 per person, including lunch. If you want point and insurance rate reduction, there is an addtional $15 charge. For more information, please call 732- 851-3150.

Manalapan Teen-CERT is also sponsoring a defensive driving class on Saturday, May 11 at the Manalapan Senior Center. The class is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is $30 per person. If you want insurance and point reduction there is an additional $15 charge. For more information please call 732-446-8345.

New Jersey state residents may receive up to a 10 percent discount on their car insurance as well as the reduction of up to 2 motor vehicle points. Please check with your insurance carrier as some restrictions may apply.
