Coastal Monmouth Beach Report: Watch For Rips, Water Temps Still Chilly
Surf will be rough, with wave heights of five feet.

The National Weather Service is calling for mostly sunny skies at the beach today with highs in the lower 80s.
But be careful.
There's a moderate risk of rip currents, which means you should check with your local beach patrols before heading in the water. Always swim within sight of a lifeguard and never swim alone or at night. The NWS suggests you always have a flotation device with you in the water.
