"It's 4 O'Clock Somewhere” Live Music Event Benefiting Make-A-Wish

On Sunday June 22nd, the Fahey family and Reef & Barrel Beach Bar & Grill in Manasquan, New Jersey will host their sixth consecutive talent-packed live music event benefiting Make-A-Wish New Jersey since December 2022: It's 4 O'Clock Somewhere - A Parrothead Celebration. The event is produced and directed by lead vocalist Michael Patrick Dominick of Wall Township, New Jersey, joined by nearly a dozen additional talented musicians and accompanying singers from throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Connecticut. Led by Robby Schwartz, the band will perform live musical entertainment in the style of Jimmy Buffet, as well as Jack Johnson, Bruce Springsteen, Van Morrison, Bob Marley, Katrina & The Waves and many more, and will donate 100% of contributions to Make-A-Wish New Jersey, to help fulfill their mission to create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

This event is generously hosted by Reef & Barrel Beach Bar & Grill, and the Fahey family.

“We’re coming back this year with an emphasis on the summer, island and of course Jersey shore vibe, and ready to bring in the summer season with a purpose – to help transform the lives of kids that need it most,” shared Michael Patrick Dominick, lead singer for It’s 4 O’Clock Somewhere – A Parrothead Celebration. “The Fahey family did not hesitate to open their doors three years ago when we asked if they would be our generous hosts for an annual holiday show, and since then they have been gracious hosts now six times, raising over $15,000 for Make-A-Wish New Jersey, and we could not be more grateful. We hope you’ll join us again on June 22nd for an afternoon of some great summer vibes and help restore hope into the lives of wish children and their families when hope is needed most.”

Michael Patrick Dominick and Robby Schwartz, Band Leader, along with multiple band residents over the years, have been collaborating on and producing live music events throughout the tristate area for nearly two decades, cumulatively raising nearly $100,000 for Make-A-Wish chapters along the eastern seaboard. Michael’s family experienced the life-changing power of a wish in 1992 when his younger brother Matthew, who courageously battled a brain tumor, was granted his wish to travel to the Walt Disney World Resort®. The experience served as a welcome respite to their entire family and since then, with the help of countless friends and talented performers over the years, they have helped raise funds to grant wishes for children with critical illnesses for Make-A-Wish in New Jersey, Connecticut, Philadelphia, Syracuse, and New York City. Michael’s brother Matthew is now over 25 years cancer-free.
