Monmouth County Beach Report: Mostly Cloudy Today With A Moderate Rip Current Risk
The ocean water temperature is still a bone-chilling 63 degrees.

The National Weather Service is calling for partly sunny skies with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms.
Highs will be around 80, with brisk southerly winds at 10 to 15 miles per hour.
There's a moderate risk of rip currents, so check with your local beach patrol before going swimming. Be sure to swim within sight of lifeguards and never swim alone or at night. The NWS suggests bringing a flotation device with you in the water.
