Report Says Jennifer Lopez Considered Work In NJ – As A Stripper

NEW JERSEY – Jennifer Lopez always wanted a Hollywood career. But she had a contigency plan: Lopez told W Magazine in a recent interview that she considered working as a stripper in New Jersey.

The film and singing star was asked if she ever considered stripping for extra money. "I did," she told W. "There was a moment in my life when my friends, who were also dancers, told me about making thousands of dollars at clubs in New Jersey."

She told the publication that the idea of stripping while not being topless was attractive to her when she was "broke and eating pizza every day, but I never did it." You can read the whole W Magzine interview here.

Last year, The Bronx-born star turned 50 and celebrated with a new tour across North America. Her "It's My Party: The Live Celebration" tour was scheduled for 24 cities, including New York City.
