Hurricane Zeta remnants soaked New Jersey this week as storms were expected to continue to hit the Garden State, bringing some of the first snowflakes to the northern areas.
The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook for the entire state, saying rounds of heavy rain will pass through Friday. Flash flooding is possible.
