Ronald Anthony DeLuca Of Manasquan Dies At 61

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday

Ronald Anthony DeLuca, 61, of Manasquan, passed away with his daughters by his side on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.

Ron was born in Jersey City and lived in Manasquan. He worked with the Manasquan Beach Department as a lifeguard and crew member. He was a longtime member and past Exalted Ruler of the Manasquan Elks Lodge 2534.

Ronald was a production manager for multiple manufacturing companies. He was a loving father, grandfather, and uncle. He was a self-taught musician playing both the guitar and drums. He enjoyed a variety of musicians including Peter Frampton, The Who, Paul McCartney, and STYX.

Ronald was predeceased by his parents Anthony and Domenica DeLuca and his sister Marie Cooper. He is survived by his daughters Lyndsay DeLuca of Bradley Beach and AmyMarie DeLuca of Neptune, and his beloved granddaughter Sofia.

Family and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 16, at St. Catharine's Church 215 Essex Avenue Spring Lake. Interment will follow at St. Catharine's Cemetery, 1100 W. Chicago Blvd, Sea Girt.
