Roughly 2,400 applicants have attended the previous Information Sessions held since October 2014 in communities hard hit by Superstorm Sandy, including Monmouth County communities such as Keansburg, Middletown, Union Beach, Manasquan and Sea Bright.

Information Sessions are designed to provide one-on-one attention to address homeowners’ questions that arise during all stages in their RREM or LMI Program process.

"We encourage applicants in our housing recovery programs to come to the Information Session if they have questions about their project," said DCA Commissioner Charles Al Richman. "With experts on hand to provide answers and offer guidance, it is a great opportunity for applicants to get the information they need to keep moving forward with their recovery.”

Managers from the various housing assistance programs will be on hand, along with housing counselors who can help with issues like foreclosure prevention, mortgages, budgeting and rental assistance.
