Thelma Milich Of Belmar Dies At 99

Thelma Milich, 99, of Belmar, passed away on April 21, 2016, at Francis Asbury Manor in Ocean Grove.

Thelma was a devoted wife and mother of five children. Later in her life she worked with her husband at Paul J. Milich Optician in Belmar. She also worked for the Colony Market in Brick Township, Monmouth Health Foods in Manasquan, and at the Arthur Brisbane Child Treatment Center in Allenwood. Thelma was a parishioner of the Church of Saint Rose in Belmar and she was a member of the Point Pleasant Women's Club.

She is survived by her five daughters, Phyllis Milich, Maxine Montgomery, Carol Milich, Paula Andersen, and Lynn Milich. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, April 26 at the Reilly Bonner Funeral Home, 801 D Street, Belmar, NJ, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m.at the Church of Saint Rose, 603 7th Ave. Belmar. Committal will follow at Saint Catharine's Cemetery, Sea Girt.
