2 Men Charged In Cocaine, Meth Distribution In Ocean County
A Manchester man and a Jackson man are accused of distributing about 300 grams of cocaine over a three-month period, authorities say.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Two Ocean County residents have been charged in connection with cocaine and methamphetamine distribution in the county, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said.
Tariki Foster, 40, of Manchester, and Joseph Broxmeyer, 58, of Jackson, were arrested Sept. 19 following a three-month investigation, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.
During the investigation Broxmeyer and Foster distributed about 300 grams of cocaine and 12 ounces of methamphetamine throughout Ocean County, Billhimer said.

Detectives pulled Broxmeyer over on Sept. 19 while they had him under surveillance and arrested him, the prosecutor's office said.
After that, investigators executed search warrants at a storage facility in Brick and at homes in Jackson and Toms River, and seized unspecified amounts of cocaine, methamphetamine, Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA, also known as Ecstasy), drug paraphernalia, and $5,168 in cash, the prosecutor's office said.

Foster was arrested at the Toms River home, the prosecutor's office said.
Foster was charged with distribution of 5 ounces or more of cocaine, possession of 5 ounces or more of cocaine with intent to distribute, conspiracy to possess more than 5 ounces of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of MDMA, possession of cocaine, and financial facilitation. He was taken to the Ocean County Jail and is being held until trial, the prosecutor's office said.
Broxmeyer was charged with distribution of 5 ounces or more of cocaine, possession of 5 ounces or more of cocaine with intent to distribute, conspiracy to possess more than 5 ounces of cocaine with intent to distribute, distribution of 5 ounces or more of methamphetamine, possession of 5 ounces or more of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Broxmeyer was taken to the Ocean County Jail and subsequently released as a consequence of New Jersey Bail Reform.
Billhimer said the prosecutor's office Narcotics Strike Force worked with the FBI's Jersey Shore Safe Streets Task Force, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration's High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas Group 5, and the Toms River, Manchester and Jackson police departments on the investigation.
