MANCHESTER, NJ — One woman was hospitalized Monday afternoon following a four-vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 571 and Commonwealth Boulevard, Manchester police said.
Lori Martinson, 68, of Manchester was taken to Community Medical Center in Toms River with pain in her chest, back, and left leg following the crash that happened about 4:30 p.m., Capt. Albert Vega said.
The investigation showed Taylor Ketchell, 31, of New Egypt, was driving a red 2007 Mazda 3 east on Route 571 and had a green traffic signal when a black 2020 GMC Acadia driven by Lynn Parkhurst, 68, of Manchester, turned left from Route 571 toward Commonwealth Boulevard and in front of the Mazda, Vega said.

Ketchell complained of leg pain but declined treatment, Vega said. Parkhurst, Panganiban and a 4-year-old child in Panganiban's Kia were not injured, he said.
