2022 World Cup: Where To Watch Games In Manchester
Whether you just want to see the U.S. men's team or all the games, here are places that will be showing soccer's biggest tournament.
MANCHESTER, NJ — Are you ready for some football? No, not that football — soccer! The 2022 FIFA World Cup begins Sunday in Qatar, and the U.S. men’s team is in the field.
Perhaps you want to catch a game or two over a pint or a hot meal? There are several sports bars in Manchester and nearby, including:

The World Cup usually is held in May, June, or July, but the 2022 tournament is bucking that trend for the first time. The decision to play the tournament in November and December was to avoid the intense heat that comes with summer in Qatar.

It is also the first time the World Cup has been hosted in the Middle East. There are 32 teams that have qualified and are heading to Qatar to compete. All the games will take place between 5 a.m. and 2 p.m. EST.
The matches will be televised on either FOX or Fox Sports 1 (FS1) in English as well as in Spanish on Telemundo. You can also stream games on Peacock, Fubo, SlingTV, and Vidgo.
