Affordable Housing Plan Set For Hearing In Manchester
Manchester Township officials have scheduled a public hearing on the town's plans to meet its affordable housing numbers.
MANCHESTER, NJ — The Manchester Township Planning Board has scheduled a public hearing for June 18 on the township's affordable housing plan.
The hearing will be on the adoption of the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan as an amendment to the Manchester Township Master Plan, officials said.
The hearing is set for 7 p.m. June 18 at the Manchester Township Municipal Building.

A copy of the proposed plan can be seen in the clerk's office at the municipal building, 1 Colonial Drive in Manchester, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
At the time of the public hearing, any interested persons may appear and give comment and testimony. The Land Use Board may take action on the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan at the close of the public hearing on June 18, 2025, or continue the hearing to a date as may be scheduled by the Board.
