Bathroom Fire Damages Manchester Home
Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire and there were no injuries reported.
MANCHESTER, NJ — A fire in a bathroom damaged a home in Whiting on Saturday, Manchester police said Sunday.
The fire at a home on Edinburgh Lane was reported at 3:35 p.m., Lt. Albert Vega said. The fire, which was found in the ceiling fan in the bathroom, was quickly extinguished.
The only people in the home were members of a cleaning crew, Vega said. There were no injuries reported and no residents were displaced, he said.

The Manchester Volunteer Fire Company, Ridgeway Volunteer Fire Company, and Whiting Volunteer Fire Company responded.
The Ocean County Fire Marshal's office is investigating the fire's cause and origin.
