Help Fill Thanksgiving Baskets For Manchester Families

The Manchester Township High School's annual Helping Hands for Hunger food drive is still taking donations.

MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township High School's Helping Hands for Hunger drive to collect food for Thanksgiving baskets is accepting donations through Tuesday.

The food drive is led by students at the high school, who help with the campaign and help shop for and assemble the baskets that are given to Manchester Township Schools families in need.

Helping Hands for Hunger is marking its 17th year and the goal for 2025 is 125 baskets. Gift cards to grocery stores or general retailer gift cards allow volunteers to purchase perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, eggs, and turkeys.
