ICE, Alligator Alcatraz, Dead Babies: Halloween Display Sparks Criticism In Ocean County
The display at a home in Jackson has captured notice for a few years because of its political elements and has grown in 2025.

JACKSON, NJ — A Jackson Township Halloween display is drawing some criticisms and some support over its political elements that include skeletons in ICE T-shirts and an "Alligator Alcatraz" set-up complete with a Kristi Noem skeleton and people being held inside a fence.
The display at the home has drawn attention and criticism for a few years. In 2022, it included a depiction of then-President Joe Biden falling down stairs. In 2024, it had an anti-Kamala Harris flag with profanity along with a depiction of Donald Trump running over Harris in the final days before the presidential election.
This year's display has drawn attention that the homeowner told News 12 New Jersey has resulted in daily calls for him to take it down and prompted him to put up cameras on his property.

"Unfortunately, I have to worry about what people are trying to do to us now," the homeowner told News 12. "This year has gone a little crazy, and we're going to defend ourselves. This is our First Amendment, it's our right."
The display has been highlighted on TikTok, with some videos just showing the display while others show people arguing with the homeowner and criticizing it.

"What do you do for a living?" one woman yells at the homeowner as she criticizes the display.
At least one neighbor supported the display, telling News 12 she thought the display is humorous.
