Manchester Basketball Double-Header Cancer Fundraiser Friday

The high school's girls and boys teams are playing to help raise support for Relay For Life in the spring.

MANCHESTER, NJ -- They’re calling it Ballin’ For a Cure.

Friday, Jan. 15, the Manchester Township High School girls and boys basketball teams are playing a double-header to raise funds for the high school’s Relay For Life event, which is set for June 4 and 5.

The Hawks are hosting Jackson Liberty in a Shore Conference Class B South games, with the girls tipping off at 5:30 p.m. and the boys following at approximately 7 p.m. at Manchester Township High School on Colonial Drive.

There will be Purple Hawk long-sleeved T-shirts for sale to help support Relay For Life as well.
