Manchester Hawks' Tennis Team Hits The Courts With Town Seniors

MANCHESTER, NJ — It was a day of fun on the tennis courts earlier in October when the Manchester Township High School hit the road to take on local senior residents on the courts.

The Lady Hawks headed to the Renaissance to take on the women's tennis team from the community for an afternoon of fun in the annual tennis match between the two teams.

The match was "enjoyable, competitive, and even concluded with each team walking away with a commemorative trophy," school district officials said.

It was one of many ways that student-athletes in Manchester interact with the community.
