Manchester Town Hall Opens at 10, Court Canceled
Court appearances set for Wednesday will be rescheduled, officials said.
Manchester's town hall and all other municipally owned buildings will open at 10 a.m. Wednesday following Tuesday's heavy snow.
Wednesday's regular municipal court session has been canceled; a makeup date has yet to be announced, but all court appearances will be rescheduled, officials said.
