Manchester Voter Guide 2025: Who's On The Ballot, Where To Vote
The 2025 General Election is Tuesday, Nov. 4. Here's what Manchester voters need to know.

MANCHESTER, NJ — The 2025 General Election is here, with early voting beginning Saturday. In Manchester Township, residents will be casting ballots for unexpired terms for mayor and council, in addition to the school board and county and statewide contests.
Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 4, but the early voting period runs from Saturday, Oct. 25, through Sunday, Nov. 2.

Manchester Township Elections
Manchester Township has one-year unexpired terms for mayor and the township council on the ballot. Those races are both uncontested, with Mayor Joseph Hankins seeking election to the remainder of the term of Robert Arace, who left the seat to be an Ocean County commissioner. Hankins' seat on the council, meanwhile, is being sought by Sandra L. Gravatt-Drake.
For the Board of Education, there are two, three-year terms up for election and four candidates seeking the seats.

Gayle Mount and Fay Weinstein, the incumbents, are running on the slogan Excellence and Equity. Brian Guzman and Justine Beltran are running on the slogan Manchester Kids First.

Voting
For the 2025 General Election, Ocean County will have 10 specially designated in-person early voting locations that will be open from Saturday, Oct. 25, through Sunday, Nov. 2.
Hours for early voting will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. To find early voting locations — voters can go to any of the early voting locations in Ocean County — you can click here.
On Election Day, polls will be open throughout Ocean County from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Polling locations can be found here or through a search on the NJ Division of Elections website.
