New Principal, Vice Principals at Manchester Township High

The new administrators take over this fall.

With just weeks to go before the start of the school year, Manchester Township High School is adding two new vice principals to go with a brand-new principal.

Tracey Raimondo and Stacie Ferrara will complete the administrative team after being confirmed by the school board, joining new principal R. Dennis Adams.

Raimondo, a longtime English teacher at Manchester Township High School, comes to the position after serving on the district’s professional development and English committees, and also serves as chairwoman of the Ocean County Academy of Teaching and Learning.

Ferrera comes to the district via Howell High School, where she spent 18 months as academic supervisor, overseeing and evaluating 23 teachers at the school.

She also previously taught science in the Colts Neck school district, and supervised multiple subjects during a four-year tenure as a department chair in Neptune.

Ferrara and Raimondo are filling voids left by Evelyn Swift, who is moving to become principal at Whiting Elementary School, and retiring vice principal Connie Soper.

Adams, who was approved in June, is stepping in to take over for Alex George, the district’s new director of student and administrative services.
