Two of the ordinances are for land sales and one is the annual cap bank. The fourth is the ordinance updating rental rules, with requirements for landlords to register and to provide the names of their tenants as well as a requirement for certificates of occupancy.
The ordinance (read it on page 42 of the agenda) adds Chapter 244, addressing "existing structures" requires a certificate of occupancy along with the posting of information stating the maximum number of people who can live in the unit. The landlord will be held accountable for violations, under the proposed ordinance.
