Severe Thunderstorm Warning Issued In Ocean County
Strong winds and hail are possible as the thunderstorms move through the area, the National Weather Service said.
OCEAN COUNTY, NJ — A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for parts of Ocean County on Friday afternoon by the National Weather Service.
The warning, which is in effect until 4:30 p.m., includes Lakewood and Manchester, along with parts of Pemberton Township in Burlington County, the service's Mount Holly office said.
In addition, a flash flood warning is in effect for the Country Lakes Estates area of Manchester Township until 7:30 p.m.

Winds up to 60 mph and hail are possible during the thunderstorms, which have caused power outages in nearby Howell Township.
