Visit Santa At Christmas In The Pines In Manchester

MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township is celebrating the 2024 holiday season with Christmas in the Pines.

The event is set for Saturday, Dec. 7, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Harry Wright Lake Park in Whiting.

There will be lighted walking trails, music performed by the Manchester Township Middle School and High School Choir, the Manchester Township High School Band and a short performance by the Manchester High School Drama Club.

The tree lighting is scheduled for 5 p.m.

"There’s no better way to start the holiday season than mingling with neighbors in our very own little Christmas village right here at Harry Wright Lake," Recreation Director Tracey Lynch said. "It will leave you with a small hometown feel just like a Hallmark movie."

There will be hot chocolate, food and craft vendors, s'mores and a hayride. Bring chairs to enjoy the on-stage entertainment.

There will be free bus service from locations around town; see the schedule below. There are two pick-up times at each location and two return times.

There is a raindate of Sunday, Dec. 8.
