2 Families Displaced After Apartment Fire In Manville
The Red Cross is helping the six people in two families with temporary lodging, food, clothing, and other immediate needs.

MANVILLE, NJ — Two families are displaced following an apartment building fire in Manville on Tuesday night.
At 8:42 p.m., a tenant in an apartment building on South 13th reported a fire in Manville.
The fire was relatively small, but the South Side Apartments suffered smoke, water, and thermal damage, said Manville Police Lt. John Crater.

There were no injuries.
However, six people in two families were displaced and are working with Red Cross emergency assistance for temporary lodging, food, clothing, and other immediate needs, according to x.com/NJRedCross.

The fire is not suspicious and seems accidental. The tenant where the fire originated was not home, said Crater.
