MARLBORO, NJ — Route 79 will be closed in both directions between Pleasant Valley Road and Station Road Thursday night due to construction, Marlboro Township said. The closure will begin at 7 p.m. and reopen around 6 a.m. on Friday, the Township said. There will be a detour in place during the closure and police on location, according to officials. The Township is asking drivers to avoid the area if possible.
