How do you know your graduating student nominee?
Son
Tell us why they deserve to be nominated!
My son is a straight-A student, works hard academically. He is a star athlete in boys volleyball- leading his team as captain — motivating them, even through injuries. He is very active giving back to the community. He is chosen yearly to help with the Buddy Olympics, volunteers time at Daniela’s Wish nonprofit, volunteer peer tutoring, and plans to study environmental engineering at Rutgers in order to help make the world a safer, cleaner, healthier environment. He is a camp counselor where he has mentored many young children. He has won numerous awards throughout his time in school. The Howard B. Camden award, Athlete of the Month, PBA award, honor roll, National Honor Society. He graduated from the NOLS leadership program where he spent over a month doing survival training in Alaska. One of the sweetest, most kind hearted, warm, loving people you will ever meet — he is a friend to all — and yet so humble.
What's one thing you want everyone to know about your graduating student nominee?
He has always been teen who thinks of others before he thinks of himself.
Congratulations on your achievements, and all of our best wishes to you in the future, Jacob!
