The Colts Neck Fire Department will be conducting a drill on Laird Road during that time period. Residents living on or off Laird Road between Route 537 and Phalanx Road will have access to their homes during this drill. The road will be impassable at the Swimming River reservoir bridge. Those affected residents should enter Laird Road from either Route 537 or Phalanx Road in order to get to and from their residences.Drivers are advised to plan alternative routes.
