What drove you to seek public office?
I have always been enthusiastic about serving my community and addressing local issues. Also serving the community for the last 2 decades at different capacities. As a resident of Marlboro, I have seen areas where we can improve, and I want to contribute my skills and experience to make a positive difference.

What sets you apart from the other candidates?
My unique blend of professional experience, community involvement, and fresh perspective sets me apart. I am committed to listening to residents and working collaboratively to find solutions.

  • Strong understanding of community needs
  • Innovative solutions or policies
  • Authentic leadership
  • Commitment to transparency and accountability
  • Passion for public service

What do you see as the biggest issue Marlboro is facing, and how will you resolve it?
Marlboro’s biggest issue is over development and infrastructure. To resolve it, I would focus on reducing overdevelopment, working to “fix” the Affordable Housing mandates and working with county officials to help fix Route 18 congestion at the intersection on County Route 3, Route 520 and Route 79. Increasing utility bills, working with state elected officials regarding these increases, as they are fighting for us in Trenton.

What are past accomplishments or experiences that make you qualified for this position?
As a two-term council president, I worked on:

  • Upgrading the 911 dispatch system for faster emergency response time for the safety of residents.
  • Ensured transparency in town finances through a third-party auditor.
  • Keeping the tax low.
  • Passed important ordinances with fellow council members.
  • Approved thirty-five million capital budgets for road developments.

If elected, what do you most hope to achieve in Marlboro?

  • Road improvements to enhance infrastructure.
  • Managing development to prevent overdevelopment.
  • Preserving Marlboro’s premium status and quality of life.

Name one thing about Marlboro that always makes you smile.
The wonderful and friendly residents of Marlboro!
