No Injuries In Tennent Road Crash In Marlboro

The accident occurred early Sunday morning and took down telephone poles and electrical lines, police said.

MARLBORO, NJ — There were no injuries in a crash that took down utility poles and temporarily closed Tennent Road on Sunday, Marlboro Police Captain Stephen Levy said.

According to police, the crash occurred around 5:30 a.m. on Tennent Road between Wooleytown Road and Greenwood Road.

The only vehicle involved in the crash was a 2016 black Lexus that was driven by a Marlboro resident, Levy said.

Though no one was hurt in the accident, Marlboro Police reported that utility poles and electric lines were knocked onto the roadway as a result of the crash.

As of Monday afternoon, Levy said all telephone poles and wires have been repaired by JCP&L.
