Now Watch Marlboro Council Meetings As They Happen
Marlboro introduces live streaming of Township Council meetings, Mayor Jonathan Hornik announces.

MARLBORO, NJ — Marlboro Township Council meetings will now be live streamed, allowing those interested to watch the meeting from any location in real time, the mayor announced.
Details and the link to view the meeting using Webex or to dial in by phone will be posted on the bottom of each council agenda. You can access the agendas on the township website here, and find the link.
According to the calendar, the next meeting is Thursday, Feb. 29, at 6 p.m. with a budget workshop to follow. See the calendar for 2024 here.

“Residents have busy lives and cannot always attend the Council meeting in person, and live streaming gives them the opportunity to watch the meeting as it is happening,” Mayor Jonathan Hornik said.
And he said it's part of his mission for increased transparency.

"We have grown our resident communications every year with newsletters, weekend update emails, road construction notices and a robust social media presence. Live streaming gives us another item in our toolbox to ensure that residents are as involved in their local government asthey want to be,” he said.
Township Council meetings and township events will continue to be shown post-event as scheduled programming on Marlboro’s Municipal Cable Television Channel programming available on Optimum channel 77 and FiOS channel 44.
Prior events and council meetings can be watched on demand by visiting www.marlboro-nj.gov and choosing ‘Marlboro TV’ from the drop down box, the township said.
The Township Council members are Antoinette DiNuzzo, President; Michael Milman, Vice
President; Juned Qazi, Mike Scalea, and Iqleen Virdi.
Council meeting dates are posted on the township calendar.
The Township Council agenda with instructions to view the live stream is posted on the Township
website linked to both the calendar and documents/agenda and minutes no less than 48 hours in
advance of the meeting, the township said.
