Two Indicted for Allegedly Burglarizing Marlboro Doctor's Office

Thomas Aiello, 22 of Parlin and Dominick Tardo, 20 of Brooklyn were indicted in a Monmouth County Court on Wednesday after being arrested in May for allegedly stealing prescription pads from a Marlboro doctor.

Aiello was allegedly found by police with oxycodone, and was charged with possesion of a controlled dangerous substance. Tardo was llegedly in possession of a fake drivers license, and was charged with possession of a simulated document.

According to county records, Aiello and Tardo allegedly illegally entered the office with the intent to commit burglary and are charged with burglary, theft of movable property.
