The female terrier mix named "Lima" was hit by another car after being stolen and thrown from a vehicle onto the Parkway on Saturday.

“Lima”, the female terrier mix that was thrown onto the Parkway Saturday from a vehicle, is still recovering in the Red Bank Veterinary Hospital but has now been reunited with her owners.
