Walter Jubinsky, Former Marlboro Teacher and Coach, Dies Unexpectedly
Jubinsky lived in Colts Neck and taught for 33 years.

Walter Jubinsky, 81, of Colts Neck, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Oct. 8 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, with family and friends at his side. He was born in Jermyn, Pa. to Michael and Anna Jubinsky.
After serving in the U.S. Navy, he graduated from East Stroudsburg University. He taught physical education in Marlboro Middle School, and went on to Raritan High School before retiring after 33 years in 1991. He coached baseball and basketball, and also taught drivers education.
He was predeceased by his brother, Eugene. Surviving is his wife of 56 years, Mae; his three sons, Michael and his wife Debra of Huntington Beach, CA, Mark, at home, and Joel of Perris,CA; his daughter, Natalie Jubinsky Arrowood of Millstone; his brother, John of Hawaii; five grandchildren, Alexandra and Gregory Jubinsky, Noah Jubinsky, and Sarah and Jessica Arrowood; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Walter's life will be held on Saturday, Oct. 13 at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel.
Family and friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a memorial service being held at 12:30 p.m.
