Week Ahead: 5th Annual Marlboro Bike and Stroll
Happy Memorial Day to all those who have served our country.
In Marlboro
The 5th Annual Mayor's Bike and Stroll is this Saturday, June 1 at 2 p.m. beginning at Wally's Bicycle Hub. Stewart's Restaurant of Marlboro will provide free ice cream for event participants. The distance to bike or stroll is up to the participants, however event coordinators provide suggested turn around points.
The STOMP The Monster 5k is Sunday, June 2 at the Marlboro Recreation Center. For more information or to register for the event, please visit stompthemonster.org.
In Colts Neck
Colts Neck Township will hold its Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 27 at 10:30 a.m. Parade Route: Town Hall, to Heritage Lane, to Heyers Mill, to Fire House #2, Conover Road. This year's parade includes marching bands, fire engines, antique cars, horses, community organizations and much more.

The Neighbors-Helping-Neighbors Career Transition Group is meeting on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Colts Neck Library. The group is a peer-networking group geared toward helping local residents find jobs.
