How did you get into the business?
About 20 years ago I owned a laundromat, sold it and decided to get back in the industry.
What are you most know for?
The Laundry Mill is noted for its friendly atmosphere, cleanliness and customer service.
What do you do that separates you from your competition?
Our 4,200 sq.ft. store, cleanliness, friendly attendants and our on site mechanic who keeps our machines working for our customers. We have a plasma TV, WiFi, ATM machine, vending and arcade machines
Anything else you’d like to let the community know?
I value our customer opinions. When I receive an email I try to address it as soon as it is read. Whether its a complement, suggestion or complaint I want to hear from our customers. My staff and I will do whatever we need to make your experience at the Laundry Mill a pleasant one.
